1.Product Ordering and Delivery:

2.Pricing and Payment:

b. Payment must be made in full week before the delivery or collection of the ordered products.
c. We accept payment through specified methods such as bank transfer or online payment platforms. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
3.Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
a. To secure a booking for a specific date or event, we require a non-refundable booking fee.
b. The booking fee amount will be communicated to the customer during the booking process and will be based on the nature of the order and the specific requirements.
c. The purpose of the booking fee is to guarantee our commitment to fulfilling the order and to compensate for any potential loss of business resulting from turning down other orders for the same date.
4.Booking Confirmation:
a. The booking will be confirmed once the non-refundable booking fee has been paid by the customer.
b. Until the booking fee is received, the date or slot requested for the order is not reserved, and we may accept other bookings for the same date or time.
5.Cancellations and Refunds:
a. As the booking fee is non-refundable, it will not be returned to the customer in the event of cancellation.
b. If a customer cancels the order after paying the booking fee, they will not be entitled to a refund of the booking fee amount.
c. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, we will refund the full booking fee amount to the customer.
6.Payment of Remaining Balance:
a. The non-refundable booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
b. The remaining balance is due and payable week before collection/delivery of the order, as per the general payment terms and conditions.
7.Cancellation Requests:
a. If you need to cancel an order, we require a notice in writing or via email.
b. We recommend providing us with as much notice as possible to facilitate the cancellation process.
c. Please include your order details, such as order number, date of the event, and any specific reasons for cancellation.
8.Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds will be considered based on the timing of the cancellation and the stage of preparation of the order.

13.Late Pickup Fee:
a. We strive to have orders ready for pickup at the agreed-upon date and time.
b. If a customer fails to pick up their order within the specified pickup timeframe, a late pickup fee may be charged.
c. The late pickup fee amount and the duration of the grace period will be communicated to the customer in advance.
14.Fee Calculation and Notification:
a. The late fee calculation will be based on the specific terms and conditions outlined in our agreement or communicated to the customer.
b. The late fee amount and the consequences of non-payment or late pickup will be clearly stated in our terms and conditions or payment policy.
c. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of any impending late fees or penalties.
15.Payment or Pickup Rescheduling:
a. If a customer anticipates a delay in payment or pickup, it is important to inform us as soon as possible.
b. We may consider rescheduling payment due dates or pickup times if notified in advance and if it does not impact our operations or other customers.
16.Resolution of Late Fee:
a. Customers who incur a late fee are responsible for settling the fee promptly.
b. Failure to pay the late fee may result in additional consequences, such as the suspension of future orders or legal action if deemed necessary.
17.Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
a. Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements must inform us while placing an order.

By purchasing and using our products and services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
